"Unbelieve unfriendly customer service ExeterAirport"

Unbelieve unfriendly customer service at the airport by a member of flybe in exeter.I am glad that as a youtuber i will make sure my viewers take into account how staff can treat customers as cattle. Very unfriendly and arrogant staff, who does not know who is paying their wages. Bye Flybe.......

"After three separate attempts to make"

After three separate attempts to make Flybe spell my Chinese wife's name correctly on the booking confirmation, I have given up and will now have to drive fifty miles to the airport to make the correction. The Flybe call centre is somewhere in East Europe. Nobody, they told me, speaks English as a first language and no, they couldn't put me through to a native English speaker. With such abysmal ground staff, I have real concern about their flight crews.

"Absolutely terrible"

Absolutely terrible Don't ever fly 'London' southend ...this airport is nowhere remotely close to London. Public transport from London can take up to 3-and-half hours and is not available at all for early morning flights. Customer service is worse than useless - insulting!

"I'm a frequent flyer with flybe"

I'm a frequent flyer with flybe. There is hardly any flight which had been in time. There is so much media attention about train delays and no one speak about this extremely poor service, worse than any other budget airlines. There is big monopoly of the airline on majority of domestic destinations , so there is no choice except to accept this 3rd class service.

"Unacceptable conditions on flight from Verona"

Returned from Verona to Southampton last week. The check in desk opened late, causing long queues of Flybe passengers for various destinations in the UK. Passport control was then bottled up and we all arrived at our departure gate late. We were then left waiting on a hot bus in scorching sun while our plane was refuelled. Once on board the captain announced that the air conditioning had broken so we sat for a further half an hour on a hot stuffy plane waiting for a take off slot. We were all given water bottles to keep us hydrated. After take off the food trolley was brought out. We were at the front so expected a good choice of snacks, but of the three types of sandwiches in the flight menu only one was left. And no decaffeinated coffee. Having had bottles of water handed out, we were all in need of the one toilet on board, but less than half an hour into the flight the toilet was declared unfit, and locked because it was overflowing. So we had two hours left with no toilet and a full plane. Totally unacceptable. We won't be flying with Flybe again.

"Been flying with Flybe for 5 years now"

Been flying with Flybe for 5 years now, up to 5 time's annually on the Cardiff to Belfast route. Thought I'd call your customer service team last month to query a last minute flight change, and express my upset at the fees involved in rebooking. I explained my regular usage of your company. To be met with a sarcastically toned, brash I'll mannered woman. Who had little or no care at my concern. Disgraceful. And thus again I face paying £150 round trip.

"Satisfied customer"

Had a return flight to Vienna this week with Flybe, my first flight with this company. I have no complaints whatsoever, the flights were trouble-free apart from a slight delay in departure on the return journey, the cabin staff were friendly and helpful and I would be very happy to book with them again.

"They lost my luggage and about 8 other"

They lost my luggage and about 8 other people's on a 1 hour direct flight from Paris to Birmingham. How is that even possible? It's been over 24 hours and they are unable to trace my bag despite having a baggage tag. They are of no help and keep telling me it's the arriving airports problem, despite my bag clearly not getting on the intended flight. Don't ever fly with this airline. Incompetent . I am 3000 miles away from home and traveling around Europe for 3 weeks with nothing and no clarity from flybe except they are "œlooking for it". It's imossible to get someone on the phone to actually speak to you also.

"Flybe Customer Service"

Flybe Customer Service - unhelpful and uninformed staff giving out incorrect information. Don't ever leave anything on a Flybe flight. I left my passport in the seat pocket on a recent flight from Edinburgh to Exeter. I went back to the airport but the plane was just taking off back to Edinburgh and my passport hadn't been found. I was told that there is no way of asking anyone to look for my passport on the plane - even with a seat number and the exact location of where my passport was. Two of the three customer service staff I spoke to were robotic in their answers and just kept spewing out learnt jargon. I was then told to get an 'incident number' from Exeter Airport lost property. I phoned the lost property and the reply was "an indecent number - what's that?" they didn't event know what one was! I then phoned Edinburgh lost property who despite being more helpful didn't really seem to think I should be talking to them and suggested I ring Flybe again. Flybe Customer Service seems to be run by robots and that the simple task of asking a member of staff to look in a seat pocket is seemingly impossible. I am at a total loss as to what to do next and Flybe really don't care.
