They have different sizes for the cabin luggage and let you pay for it when it is too big. Terrible organization. Worse ever. Never will fly Flybe again. Will not contribute to this business model

The same awful hand baggage rules everyone’s already mentioned. The kicker is other people on board had massive bags-how on earth they smuggled them aboard is beyond me. A terrible, terrible airline to be avoided at all costs.

Scammers! Charged £35 at boarding gate for oversized cabin bag! I have used this bag on many of there flights and other with no problem. Will be the last time I ever use this joke of an airline. Please go bust !!!!!!!

"I believe that this company arecomiting Fraud"
I believe that this company are committing fraud.We were told 3 cases were to big to go onboard which we strongly disagreed with.We were then told the flight was now closed without any warning and one of our group was a disabled lady who's bas was said to be ok. After complaining to two supervisors all of a sudden it was only 2 cases said to be to big which we disagreed with.£603 later on new flights all bags were passed fit at the gate as cabin size we even have video footage .I will never fly with this airline ever again .Customer service is disgusting

"Bad management"
Flybe are now getting what they deserve with such a bad business model, your bad reviews are all well deserved , your customer service is the worst ever , i teavelled all over the world and im happy to pay whatever the flight costs are , but last year you charged me £40 for my hand luggage on my return flight which was perfectly acceptable on my outbound flight. You just cant screw your customers in this way , im sorry your staff will lose their jobs through bad management

Flybe are appalling, terrible customer service. Their baggage policy is designed to get as much money out of customers as they possibly can. There refund policy is non existent.

"Cabin luggage policy is a scam"
Cabin luggage policy is a complete scam. Just checked and their size allowance are 5 cm smaller than industry standard. I am a frequent flyer with +50 flights a year and never before had a problem with my carry on You do with this airline. And they charge you £35 for a rejected bag. Total rip off. My carry on fits perfectly into the overhead locker. Never fly with them again that’s for sure

"Customer service - a joke"
Booked a return flight in September, Southampton to Manchester to go on holiday/ Flybe cancelled the return flight and placed us on a later flight to Southampton. Meaning 5 hours waiting at Manchester airport. Asked if Flybe would put us in a VIP type lounge to wait, they refused point blank. What a customer friendly service, I think not. Rubbish management will always look for alternative travel than fly with Flybe again, absolute joke.
