"Terrible airline"

Terrible airline, aircrafts, run late, forcebly put carry on delicate luggage in the hold. Witnesses them tossing my bag off the flight after despite waiting outside and speaking to the staff to be carful with that particular bag. Little to no air conditioning. Not sure i'd even recommend as a last resort. This is the type of airline you would read about causing a crash due to negligence

"Fantastic service in time of need"

Just rang the call centre and they answered first ring. Unable to travel due to illness. Dealt with my call swiftly and were so friendly. Got an email confirmation of the conversation as promised. What refreshing customer service, especially in this time of low cost airlines with shocking customer treatment. Well done FlyBe!

"Just received doctor appointment for"

Just received doctor appointment for the day after our out bound flight, so tried to change the outbound.The flight cost £181 and to change the flight to the next day would cost £191more ,WHAT A RIPOFF, This company is getting worst and the only thing they are achieving is losing customers. I have given them two weeks notice of this change. POR POOR POOR COMPANY

"Flybe - BOOK YOUR TRIP WITH ANY OTHER AIRLINE!"

Flybe - An unprofessional company with a poor level of customer service... I went on a trip to France to represent Scotland in a golf tournament. My connecting flights were from Edinburgh to Birmingham & then Birmingham to Biarritz on 3rd July. I arrived in Biarritz with no luggage & no golf clubs. I was promised that flybe would compensate me for my essential purchases by a French flybe representative. I was told that my suitcase & golf clubs would come on the next flight in two days time. (on the day of the tournament) so I had a practice round with borrowed clubs which was not a good experience. On the day of the tournament I went to the airport & my two golf partners received their suitcases & their clubs, but I did not. I had to wait for a further two days till my items eventually arrived (just in time to go home!) I spent my time in France with no clean clothes, no toiletries & no golf clubs & therefore the trip was a complete waste of time - ALL DUE TO FLYBE. I only had 150 euros with me as it was an all expenses paid trip. However, I had to spend my money on essentials (toiletries & clean clothes) as I felt completely unclean wearing the same underwear etc for more than 2 days. I sent an email to Flybe asking for compensation together with receipts and am very disappointed to have now received an email from flybe telling me they will not compensate me, instead of looking after me as their representative told me in France. I have been completely let down by Flybe. I definitely would not recommend flying with flybe to anyone & am leaving this honest review to let others know of my experience. Book your trip with another airline!

"I'm really angry for the Flybe service!"

I'm really angry for the Flybe service! 21st JULY 2018 until now, over 5 days, my baggage has nothing new information. the work efficiency and service of Flybe Paris CDG airport is really bad! the check-in staff looks like not wake up in the morning. he forget print the baggage tag on time. however, My luggage followed the conveyor belt gone far away without the long part of the baggage tag. the result is the worker may not know where should it go and it is not go with me in the same plane. now! 5 days, they cannot track it ! no one know where it is ? the complaint email is not work , no one reply ! the phone is no one answered ! where is my baggage ? and where is Flybe staff? no one work? are you go home and retire ? bad flight ! and bad service !

"This is the worst airline for service"

This is the worst airline for service and being on time I had 2 flights this week both delayed or cancelled for up to 4 hours to an from Manchester. Their customer service line was on the phone for 30 minutes no answer. They are a disgrace to Britain should be taken over by a company that puts the customer first

"If I could do minus stars I would"

If I could do minus stars I would, but sadly one is the lowest. Flight was delayed by four hours by so called air traffic control problems, amazing that there was no problems on any flight at departing airport (other than every Flybe flight) or at arriving airport. To make it worse, we were given a £3 voucher, for the delay when we were at the airport for 6 hours, and we could only use the voucher in two places, couldn't even get a sandwich and a bottle of water. Never, ever, ever again!

"Didn't deserve any star *"

Didn't deserve any star * Our flight on July 25, Amersdam to Manchester was delayed for 2hours++ so we missed our connection flight to Aberdeen. The ground staffs at Manchester airport were unbelievably rude. Can't believe they are working in the customer service section. Unfriendly attitude toward customer, body language, facial expression were extremely unacceptable. One member was groaning while we were asking a question. They treated the customer like it was our fault that the flight was delayed. Importantly, they could make you feel like you're a cow. No MORE Flybe. EVER.
