"Flights to MaltaWe …"

We booked flights through LM for Malta travelling with Ryanair. LM sent email with booking details but said we could only Check in 24hours before the flight and they would do it for us. However we wanted an upgrade that they could not do online so we contacted Ryanair and found that they only had the return flighjt booked. LM said that the booking was made but Ryanair said we could not Check in with the reference provided by LM. We tried to cancel with LM but they said that we couldn't. Only choice was to book direct. LM refused to refund, went to Paypal to get help but they were useless as well, the only contact details they had were with the robot customer service. Do not use these people.

"Wish I could give zero stars."

Wish I could give zero stars. This company is disgusting. Shocking customer service. Still waiting on a response from an initial issue that was raised over 3 weeks ago, where I booked a hotel that ended up being a scam and didn't actually exist. After wandering around for HOURS with my elderly mother in tow, I finally had to give up and book a whole new hotel!

When raised with lastminute.com I had no help, I was told I would have a response in 7 days but I have yet to hear a thing, despite my follow-up nothing has been done.

I am at a loss for what to do now. Extremely frustrated and disappointed and I will definitely never book with this company again.

"BEWARE!"

I was transferred to this sight via sky scanner. When I noticed Jet2 were over £100 cheaper, I contacted Jet2. They cancelled within minutes of my original booking, since then last minute.com have emailed me confirming I will get a refund, however they are only refunding 1 of our flights( my husband is also on ID booking) getting a reply is neigh impossible. To rub salt into wound they told me the refund could take up to 2 months for refund 😡. Not a very professional company as far as customer care is concerned. Oh, and if you call it’s 13p per minute.

"Absolute shi*show"

Absolute shi*show, booked the flights, havent had any response for several days, it took them 4 days to cancel my booking (I was on the infoline, waiting for over an hour today, no response). Had to book somewhere else, lost 100 pounds on that waiting. Don't recommend at all.

"awful service"

awful service, not staffed enough to help customers. It is so difficult to get through. I bought the FLEXI option to have flexibility to move my flight and to have dedicated customer service, but nothing of this happened. DO NOT USE AT ALL AT ALL.

"we booked a flight and hotel to Malta"

we booked a flight and hotel to Malta at first they said that my visa card was not valid, so we used my wifes visa card that was no problem.they said !, I went to my bank the the following morning and found out they had tried to take the booking fee and was waiting for confirmation I of course blocked that transaction , wife checked her bank and it was waiting for lastminute.com to confirm the booking. Then just 12 hours before we were due to fly to Malta they cancelled the booking, after packing and getting ready, never again the holiday was completely ruined
