holiday company they booked us with went bust 2 months before the trip . Arrived at hotel to find room has been cancelled I am so angry Do NOT use these useless bunch of people

Disgusting customer service.We booked a holiday with full insurance.Due to the present circumstances we cancelled it weeks ago before the actual trip. We didn't received a refund at all..lt is impossiple to talk or question somebody..Beware of this company

"Horrible company"

Horrible company. Never ever, I'll deal with this scammers again. My flight is cancelled, and I want the next available flight from Lastminute.com which provided this change. My trip is within 5 days and the only response I receive is to be PATIENT. This company deserves to go bankrupt. Don't book with this company, complete rip off.

"Worst customer service ever - AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

My flight was cancelled at the start of April. I was immediately offered a refund, which I applied for and was told I would receive it in a few days. It's now over three months later, and I have received nothing. You can't even speak to anybody on the customer service phone line anymore, and they were refusing to refund my hotel even when they were available. I feel like I have been conned by a bunch of criminals - AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!

"Cancelation insurance is misleading. Only 80% is paid back and only in "lastminute" boucher that needs to be used within a year."

I booked some flights with the cancelation insurance they provide in the check out. I paid extra to be able to cancel for "whatever" reason. Finally I had to cancel, and realized that the cancelation insurance covered me only for 80% of the total price paid (so I paid 1000€, of which almost 200€ was the insurance, and was given back around 640€) and only to book again in lastminute, so I lost almost half of my money and I had to book again with them, and most of the times lastminute is the most expensive option, so it's really not worth it. Also, once you pay the insurance, if you rebook, this new tickets do not have the insurance any longer, so you should pay again. Given that for most of the offers lastminute is more expensive than other channels, having a boucher is really not worth it because it means that you are paying again 20% extra. So in the end I ended up paying 1000€ for a trip worth 400€ in other channels (I compared it with other webs, but I had the boucher and I had to use it), so definitely I will not book with them ever again.

"Terrible Customer Service"

My flight to Austria was cancelled due to Coronvirus by Austrian Air The web site does not allow you to cancel, there is no way to email and they prompt you to call them while asking you not to call because if high call numbers due to the virus, at the same time! This is terrible customer service. Finally, I got though after a week of trying (sometimes waiting up to 50 minutes and getting cut off) and got fobbed off by a woman with poor english. She said they would now go to the airline and ask for a refund but made no promises and would not agree to provide me with an email to confirm this conversation. I know it must be tough for them but it just isn't good enough. I do hope they offer a full refund. I can't see why they would think it reasonable not to agree when the airline isn't flying and I do not know when I want to travel again.
