You are the worst site I have ever used and I wont recommend you to anyone and I wont use you ever again. Your hidden costs are ridiculously high and not clear until the last moment. I booked a flight ticket with you for 9.99euros and you charged 25Euros on top of it. Never again

"What a scam!!"

What a scam!! So, I made a booking, and I unintentionally also booked full insurance. When I tried to cancell that on the webpage, they wrote: No problem, just phone this xxx number. When phoning that number, they reger back to the webpage. It is imposible to speak to an actual person, and there are bo other contact details available. What a scam! Never again!!!! I just want the whole thing cancelled!!

What a joke of a company!! Been waiting 2 months for a refund now and had no response from you. Tried to call you today and spent an hour on hold before you dropped the call. Awful customer service and impossible to try and resolve.

When a hotel in our resort was locked down due to Coronavirus I asked Lastminute.com if we could defer our trip to a later date as we are elderly and my wife has health issues. They Told me not to cancel and said they would try and that they would get back to me no later than 24 hours before departure. I heard nothing from them until 2 days after our return date when they said they couldn’t help.They robbed me of an opportunity to contact the hotel and airline direct and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

"DISGUSTING SERVICE!!"

DISGUSTING SERVICE!! Just tried to change my son's booking that he made for his girlfriend's 18th birthday surprise trip to Paris only to be told that as the trip is confirmed he couldn't request a refund despite there being a 14 day quarantine restriction in place! We asked if we could amend the booking to travel at a later date (prepared to pay the difference in fee's) but again was told that we would have to wait up to seven days to rearrange. My son is due to travel in 3 days and would be classed as a no show if he doesn't go. Very convenient for LM. The staff were so unhelpful and sarcastic. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that was not possible and to ring back "if you are not happy with my service!" PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TRAVEL NEEDS
