"Don't listen to the fake positive reviews submitted by the company!"

Worst company ever. They have made it intentionally difficult and inaccessible to receive help as they want to withhold your money for as long as possible! I tried calling the number, and was informed that the offices are closed and that I should refer to the 24/7 live chat. I go on the website and there is no such option, nor is there an email available. I was promised a refund in 7 days, it has taken over 3 months and I have still not seen my money. I have then been sent this automated email: "Your refund is ready. However, for technical reasons, we are unable to credit it to the same payment method you used when booking, so we will refund you by bank transfer. To do so, we need your bank details. Please click on the button below and fill in the form." Once I click on the button, I am lead to a blank white page. This has happened on my phone, laptop and partner's phone, therefore, it is not a device-issue, nor is it a connection issue. They have made it deliberately difficult to retrieve my funds. Also, I have not changed my card since initially making the booking, therefore, I find it hard to believe that they're experiencing technical issues in returning my rightfully owed money

"The first time and certainly the last"

The first time and certainly the last time I would use!Booked return flights to Cyprus November.Quick to take your money and send you confirmation regarding your booking. Then within 2 minutes flight cancelled!!!No explanations not even accepting emails. Disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!

Absolutely disgusting company. Uncontactable so you can not get your refund. Hotel said they have refunded all companies but lastminute.com conveniently disappeared. Horrendous people

"SCAMMERS."

SCAMMERS. I HAD A FLIGHT TO CUBA WHICH IS NO LONGER POSSIBLE DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE COUNTRY HAS ITS BORDERS CLOSED. I PAID CLOSE TO 300 EUROS FOR THIS FLIGHT AND THEY'RE TRYING TO TELL ME I CAN ONLY GET 105 EUROS BACK? IF I DON'T GET REFUNDED IN FULL WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK I'M ADRESSING THE AUTHORITIES. WHERE THE F U C K IS MY MONEY!?????????

"Horrible experience"

Horrible experience. Really bad service. I booked tickets and didn't get a confirmation for 3 days. Worried the flight might fill up while I was waiting, I called customer support and they were incredibly unhelpful and rude. Stay away.
