Helpline has some english problemems, but there is international number. Just don't try to get it from normal line. Google it.

"To strongly avoid using the services of LastMinute, at your peril if you keep giving them trust"

LastMinute never sent to me the electronic ticket that I booked thru their platform. They sent to me only the booking reference with the itinirary of the flight. I contacted them via e-mail to request it after the booking being made, but of course, It smelt so fishy that they didn't answer to my e-mail. I had to call the support company with which I was travelling, and beared all the international costs of the call as it is a number outside Europe zone, I explained to the airline company customer service the issue and they helped me and emitted an electronic ticket. Such a shame from LastMinute, that pretends to be the best and pretends offering 5-star-service while it actually doesn't give any interest to their customers, they digged their money in the pocket, you make the payment to them , and then no more sign from them ! What an aweful experience! It is the first and the last

"It was a bad experience"

It was a bad experience, I love to travel and stay on the hostel due the activities and friendly way of the workers to receive the people but in this one they are not interested on their guest. Since the beggining that I stored my suitcase in the luggage room it was a dirty and messy room. I kept some food on a fridge in the comunal kitchen and it was stolen. After that I felt so worried about my belongings due the hostel doesnt have any security system and any security cams. I saw a very small mouse in the kitchen. For sure I wont stay again in the hostel. It is well located and cheap thats it. I invite the hostel to study about hostel around the world and improve their place. Check (meininger hotel as a reference of a good place)
