"I bought 3 flights from Bali to"

I bought 3 flights from Bali to Barcelona. booking ID 1630391093. The flight was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the airport of Singapur closed the borders so it was not possible to fly. They didn't inform us at all. We payed for special insurrance to make sure we wouldn't loose the money if anything happened because we new it was uncertain times and we didn't want to risk it, but when we tried to cancel the flight the sistem didn't allow it. I called many times and send emails asking for a FULL REFUND instead of a voucher. They said that the petition was submitted and that we had to wait for an email confirmation. A month later we got an email saying that we had selected the refund option in travel credit!!!!!!! which is NOT TRUE AT ALL!!! We never chose that option, all the contrary, and we need our money back now.

"Worst service ever"

Worst service ever, the hotels I booked (and I paid) for my Easter holidays cancel the booking because the lockdown and tell me they refound last-minute (one of them, the another apparently never was paid by last-minute) and last-minute don't even answer the phone, only send generic emails after weeks with no answer to my questions, I lost my holidays at home waiting for a solution never come, my money is still after months in the last-minute pockets, terrible service and full destruction of your reputation, why should I book my holidays with people with no guarantees like last-minute anymore? peor servicio de mi vida, los hoteles que reserve (y pagué) para semana Santa cancelaron mi reserva por el bicho y me han dicho que last-minute tiene el dinero, pero last-minute no me responde la teléfono, solo me manda spam al email con textos genéricos que no dicen nada, me perdí mis días de vacaciones encerrados en mi casa esperando la solución que decía en el mensaje genérico que me darían y nunca llegó, mi dinero sigue en los bolsillos de last-minute despues de meses, terrible servicio y total destrucción de reputación, ¿por qué pagar las vacaciones a un intermediario que no te garantiza ni las vacaciones ni la devolución del dinero? venden humo por qué no han ofrecido nada (literalmente) a cambio del dinero que pague

"People, please do not do any business with lastminute.com!"

I have confirmation from the hotel that my booking was cancelled and lastminute.com have to refund the money. I didn't receive a refund at all as they declined that. Awful service! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! People, please do not do any business with them!

"booked a trip that I have yet to go"

booked a trip that I have yet to go on. I have now found out that they have booked me into another hotel around the corner with awful reviews . this was not the hotel that was advertised. when I called up they said that I would have to cancel the whole package with flights and not get any refund. asked to speak to manager. they said he would call me back which didn't happen. very bad customer service.

"48 hours after paying a deposit and"

48 hours after paying a deposit and still no confirmation email. Nothing showing on the website under my bookings and all the phone numbers listed are not contactable - not just busy but not valid. No email contact or live chat option. Just a complete rip off avoid lastminute.com at all costs.
