"Lastminute not refunding the money"

received an email yesterday offering me one of the three possible options: 1) Travel credit: This includes some extra money. However, it expires after one year. You can always can ask for the money back after 6 months. 2) Voucher: I don't understand this option as it is the same as first one, but with no extra money. Option discarded! 3) Airline refund: Lastminute applies £50 + £30 discount as handling fee. It says that it will take months to get the money back and it will also depend on the Airline refund option. They are trying to everyone accept Option 1 to keep them the money and not refund the money to customers, but reading Terms and Conditions when the flight tickets were bought, they should refund the WHOLE AMOUNT directly to the customer account. That is not fair.

"AVOID THEM. THEY ARE AFTER YOUR MONEY"

I will give them 0 or less. I booked my flights through lastminute and the country I was supposed to travel to has closed its borders due to Covid-19. Whilst my friend who booked through expedia got voucher for the full amount, I was only given voucher for 90% by lastminute.com to rebook my travel to a later date and l lost over £80. This is unprofessional. They are crooks and not reliable. Avoid them at any cost. They are only interested in making money.

"1 star because is de min."

1 star because is de min.. In Spain we are in "estado de alarma" and they cannot cancel de trip. Not the flight, not the hotel, not the rental car... Awfull service. The phone rings one hour and no service at all.

"LAST.MIN REFUSING TO HELP"

The issue that I have experienced was: Have rang on multiple occasions regarding a name correction. Over period of 3 months been told they will contact Emirates and change the name. They have had this since the start of January and they still not offering to resolve. This past 10 days have been told someone will contact us in 7 days, in 24 hours and in 48 hours and each time I have had to chase them without it being resolved. I have contacted Emirates myself and they have said no problem updating the name correction due to a marriage. However lastminute.com are coming up with excuses saying they have contacted but giving no updates or saying another department deals with it. It occurred on: 2/01/2020 This meant that Very frustrated, i am a new mother and it has affected me mentally emotionally and physically. All i want is my name correction being completed and an apology why i have been given broken promises. My flight is due March 22nd, Emirates have confirmed this can be done within 24 hours.

"Auckland from UK via US"

I booked a return flight to Auckland from the UK from 13 Dec 19 to 8 Jan 2020 The away leg took me to San Francisco. I didn't want to enter the US, but could find no way of changing this. Because I was transit thru US, I had to apply and pay for an ESTA, I also had to be photographed by US customs and have every finger on both hands scanned for their records All this for a 3 hr stop over. Not happy about this at all. Getting on the flight to Auckland I was told I had to gill in a NZ immigration form. No info was provided by anyone about this. I literally had 10 mind to get this form approved or I would not be allowed on the plane Returning was much easier as I went via Singapore

"Good most of the time."

I have used Lastminute many times, always worked perfectly up to this year, when I as overcharged on my credit card.more than appeared on the Lastminute screen, I called lastminute about this, and to cut a long story short, and after calling everyday for a week I just gave up. Employees in their call center who have no authority to resolve a problem, promised calls to me that never materialised. So in short, Lastminute works well until you have a problem with your booking, and if that happens, you will kick yourself that you didn't book directly with the airline.

"Still waiting for contact from them"

Still waiting for contact from them since their e mail message on here on the 9th March, yep 35 days ago and then this morning they contact via e mail with a no reply button saying i have a credit voucher for my flight. Tried contacting and calling but they don't reply and under CAA guidelines they have to pay a refund. Taken it now to ATOL as they are ignorant,anal, incompetent, the list is endless.
