One of the good thing yiu get if you buy a ticket via lastminute agency/webpage is that you only pay the amount of money you got with no hidden additional fees such as reserve seat, etc... I recommended last-minute to passenger and I defiantly will buy my next airline ticket via lastmiinute webpage.

"Terrible experience..."

Terrible experience.... booked a hotel , got confirmation email and number, arrived at hotel and there was no booking !! They said they used third parties to book the rooms and the hotel said there had been no booking from them... I thought it was all done by last minute... clearly not!!..., 2 hours after complaining to last minute bookings no solution had been offered... never phoned me back once, cut me off twice, .... terrible service after paying for the room at 3pm and having instant confirmation... 8.30pm booking a different hotel myself after being fobbed off by their staff.... do not use them they are truly awful and very unprofessional... you have been warned!!! Book directly or with a company you trust as these do not care!! Also then then inform me my refund will take 5-10 days.... it only took 10 seconds to take the money ... now have to wait all this time when none of it is my fault... no compensation offered!

"Disaster and waste of money"

Absolutely no help. Was accused of having a negative attitude because I was concerned about how long it was taking to change my flights to Tokyo due to coronavirus. They purposely ignored my requests and as a result, I lost £2000 and a trip to Tokyo.

They keep charging extra fees depending on the credit card you use to pay, so the announced price is not the real price. I will not buy anything from them until they stop this disgusting behavior.

"Price change from search results....CHEAP TRICK."

Used them before and haven't noticed this but today for two different hotels saw the price change between the main search results and the specific hotel page. £514 to £549 and then £605 to £634. Not sure what they're playing at but without being dramatic I won't spend money with companies that use such cheap tricks. Sadly you've joined the small list of businesses I won't spend my money with.

"Fraudulent Company, Don't book"

It's a scam, waited for 5 hours and got to know that it has been cancelled. Haven't got any money with me at all, moreover, I wouldn't be able to attend my Granddad's funeral. Asked for compensation, but simply NO is the answer. These people are proper fraudsters.

"Worst customer service EVER"

Worst customer service EVER Have called every other day since the 3rd of July to get a name changed on the booking that the airline have said can be done with no problem or penalty but every time I have called I have been told I will be contacted in 24 which never happens. This is the 9th time I have called today and have been told the same again. It is obvious that it will be not be done WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY BOOK WITH THEM IF YOU WANT A STRESS FREE HOLIDAY
