"I would never recommend this company to"

I would never recommend this company to anyone. They have charged me for a attempt pick up even though they could have been able to pick it up but instead they said they couldn't because the saw some straw that was put out . They of course did not get out of the truck to see if the ground was soft, it was put down by the city to grow grass . So they charged me $150. They should have picked it up on a Friday and now it is Tuesday and it is still at the house and cant be moved now until who knows and of course I have to pay for the extra days as well. Bad Business

"BEWARE: Read the fine print before you do business."

BEWARE: Read the fine print before you do business. Folks Let's just say next day is by the end of the day to the Dumpster people...... Any company with the first name Dumpster should tell you everything. Horrible customer service, and that is being generous. Per the instructions I called first thing in the morning to get and ETA, they couldn't give it to me. When it had not arrived by midday I called again. The last and final call went out late in the afternoon. Each time I had some putz tell me it was out for delivery. I guess if you are surrounded by morons you assume the customer is as well. One dumpster, one truck... Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out it can't be out for delivery all day. I guess the driver must have taken the day to go site seeing......On the last call I said I want to cancel and here is the kicker, they say, oh we scheduled it so if you cancel we charge you $150.00. So this is SOP - we take your money, we tell you next day, but can't give you a time, and as long as it's there by 6:00 pm they feel good about themselves. The story does have a happy ending, I was smart enough to schedule with Ready Rolloff and they delivered promptly the next day and offered me a discount due to my issues with Dumpster.com. Hey Dumpster people you just got schooled in customer service by your competition, pay attention and learn.

They were very professional and reasonable priced. Never rented a dumpster before searched on google and they had good reviews. The rep explained the process and upgraded to a bigger size for free. I really liked that you can actually reach and dump your trash, not like the ones I see on the street that you have to open the door to dump and are so high.
