"Professional, Fast, and Efficient Service."

I placed the order and received confirmation quickly. The confirmation had a complete list of expectations and processes to make use of the dumpster. We filled it quicker than the allotted 10 days and were happy they came quickly to pick up the full dumpster. The only disappointment was the cleanliness of the dumpster. It had approximately 40-50lbs of hardened concrete, ice, and dirt upon delivery. The concrete and dirt were right at the end that opened and presented a tripping hazard as we loaded the heavier items. I did take pictures if it helps explain the condition we received the dumpster.

All of the terms were explained in detail, and any questions I asked were answered immediately. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know that needs this type of service!

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!"

Like many of the other negative review on here, everything went well at first. When I called they told me they couldn't get a dumpster to me for another 4 days. It's the holidays, everyone is off, I understand.I give them my credit card information and sign their "contract." once they got all of my info, they called me back and said "we forgot to add the taxes, so its going to be $5 extra everymonth." HOW??? WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS FORGETS TO ADD THE TAXES TO THE PRICE?? I said okay to the extra five bucks and a day later, when they were supposed to deliver the dumpster to me, they called me and told me they couldn't due to the fact that my warehouse was in the Kansas city caves. 4 semis side by side can pass through these caves....there are 40 feet dumpsters here all over the place. They are unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing. When i complained to the main guy "Scott" I was told to go outside, look at the brand of the other dumpsters around me and contact them. wasted a week of my time and piled my warehouse trash more. terrible terrible terrible company. DON NOT USE!!!!!

"Awesome Job"

Great Service! Rented a dumpster, was due for PU but driver was running behind. I actually got 2 days at no charge. The staff was great. Very helpful and quick response time. Would definitely rent from them again.
