"Pick-up process was lacking"

The initial call for drop off went well and the driver called up 30 minutes prior to drop-off as promised while also displaying excellent skills by dropping the container in our narrow driveway. However, when we called for the pick-up there was insufficient communication as to when they would arrive and we had to call back too often to find out it would take longer. The last driver did not call prior to arrival but was able to access the container without issue.

I priced two different companies, and dumpsters.com was slightly more but I went with them because they made it SO easy! A person answered my call right away, gave me their flat-rate all-inclusive price, texted to follow up, and was able to get me scheduled via text as well. The guy who delivered it called me when he was on his way (I wasn’t home), answered when I called him back, and talked to me about the placement of the dumpster. There were no hiccups, from the first call to the pick up. It’s unusual these days to talk to actual service people, get your questions answered quickly, and get a service set up with no hassle. I’d use them again.
