"Be careful"

I was originally very pleased with how Pulkit booked our flights but this changed dramatically when we arrived at Heathrow check-in desk for Vancouver at 4.30 am. and were informed we could not fly as we did not have ETA's for Canada. As we have flown to Vancouver several times since 1978, the last time being 4 years ago, with no requirement for an ETA we had no idea that one was needed. Pulkit did arrange flights for us two days later which needed two extra hotel nights. Although Pulkit arranged to pay for one night we had the extra expense of one hotel night and two tickets to Vancouver. When I asked him why he did not inform us we needed ETA's he said the responsibilty to get them was ours. I accept we have to get them but surely a reputable travel company would make it their duty of care and good customer service to notify a passenger when they needed ETA's or Visas. We use travel agents for advice and help to travel, but this was severely lacking with Business Flights. Because he had not informed us ETA's were needed (as other travel agents have informed us previously ) we had to alter plans, and be an extra £2500 out of pocket. Also, no E-tickets were originally sent to us and when I asked for them E-tickets were sent for a wrong flight !! How can I have faith in this company?

Tried Business Flights for trip to Australia & New Zealand. Atin Khanna was very professional and courteous in his dealings with us, always getting back to us promptly when we needed him to. He found us seats that saved us a lot of money whilst still getting the top rated business seats with Qatar Airways. I highly recommend that if you want to fly Business Class, then Business Flights & Atin especiallyare the ones to speak to.

"Great until there was a problem..."

Had no problems booking the flights with Pulkit who was very helpful. However one of our party was booked a flight without luggage for some reason, which only came to light as we tried to check in the night before. Despite phone calls and a number of emails chasing, the issue was not resolved either before we flew out or during our week's holiday. I was just told BA had not responded! Not helpful. Luckily some of our party were flying premium economy so after rejigging cases were able to take her luggage for her.
