"Great find"

I stumbled across XY London on a Facebook advert... yes, I know not very trustworthy to start with!; ; Upon looking through the site I thought I'd give them ago as they have some lovely sandals on sale which looked perfect for my upcoming holiday 😀 I'd brought 2 pairs.; ; They arrived in 2 days, great speedy delivery 👏; I was greatly surprised by the quality, very well made and a fantastic colour!; The other had a slight heel, not too high but just right for me.; I would definitely be buying from XY London again, couldn't fault them at all.

"It'll take you weeks to get a refund and get proof of postage"

Okay so "experience" wise...; ; They send a partially wrong order, the shoes that do arrive are okay for the price point (let's be honest, they're cheap, so they're not going to be perfect); ; Sending things back, or more to the POINT, getting a refund, IS A NIGHTMARE! I've spent over 2 weeks trying to get my refund which I now finally have, but they tried to give me a credit note first, despite confirming on 3 occasions that they'd refund my account.; ; Top tip... Get proof of postage as you'll never get your money back otherwise

"I knew the sandals I bought wouldn't be"

I knew the sandals I bought wouldn't be great but I thought they'd be better than what I received. When I placed my order, no email notification was sent out.; ; When I received the shoes they were nicely packaged, but that's about it - markings left on the sandals, a bit of glue was left on the side, long piece of string hanging from the main strap of the sandal, to be honest, I was genuinely surprised that they sent it to me like this. Although the faux leather didn't look so bad, the sandals simply didn't look strong.; ; I called them once then I called them up second time and the phone rang for ages then went to voicemail. Called back third time and explained my frustration, not even an apology for the amount of times I'd tried to get hold of them. Told her the problems with the shoes but all she could offer was £5 off which, IMO, wasn't good enough.; ; When refunding my order they only refunded the money for the sandals not the actual delivery charge I paid. Emailed them, and the rep apologised and said it would be processed that day. Three days later still waiting for it.; ; Going by the look of the website, the customer services and the shoes they'd sent, improvements need to be made. Quality control from my view isn't in place so I won't be buying from them again.

"Bought two new pairs of Adele boots"

Bought two new pairs of Adele boots from XY London's website xylondon.com . In purple and red! They are spesh! Turned up in a day as promised in really nice boxes. Unwrapped and got my new shoes on now. Quality is top.
