We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with our service, as we have done everything we could to help you, both in previous cases and in this case. ο»ΏIn the past, you have been lucky that PostNord, which handles your parcels, has been able to stop a shipment. However, this is not something the carrier can guarantee every time. In the case in question, you have taken too long to collect your parcel in accordance with the notification and PostNord's guidelines/deadlines for collecting parcels, which is why the parcel has been returned to the sender. The fact that it has previously been possible to stop a shipment has therefore just been lucky because the carrier has been able to reach it, but it is not possible every time. I hope that the above explanation provides an understanding that such handling of a package is not up to , but that you / we are dependent on the carrier's capabilities. Regards. Susan

"Shipbull does an incredible job!"

It works!

I have recommended shipbull to many people already, as we have been using the system ourselves for some years.

The system can do an incredible job, and after a recent address relocation of our company, we have now switched to their digital picking routes, which works great!
There have been certain challenges that I thought were some errors in the system, which after a talk with the support with incorrect setup from our own side, due to changes in our handling - accurate answers and very helpful support that has sent me in the right direction!

We even got help with some customized shelf labels that meet our requirements, and here there was fast and accurate help that delivered what we wanted!
In addition to all this, they listen to wishes, and have previously sent in wishes for improvements, which after a short time were made and I was directly notified that our wish for the system was now implemented.

About the support, today I tried to contact the service team by mail and chat at the same time, with 2 different challenges, both of which were answered and solved immediately - absolutely fantastic support!

Never think there will ever be a system that can beat shipbull, they can do an amazing amount and they continue to develop - at a price no one can afford!
