Keith Ian, managed one of my properties in Ware for years. They were always supportive especially when there were issues when I was working abroad and found solutions to look after me and the tenants. When it was vacant they worked very swiftly to make sure there was a new tenant in asap. Then when I came to sell the property again they were excellent, swift, gave great advice and was patient with me getting everything together and the property prepared to sell. I would very much work with them again in both lettings and sales.
