"My family will never use this company…"

My family will never use this company again. We ordered a $620 camera, and never received it. We proved we never received it with physical communication proof from their shipper! KEH refuses to refund or replace product. They STOLE $620 from my family. The number is also never the same. If you click on the Google number to call, a different number will show on your outbound calls. This company is horrible.

"First Time Purchaser Will Shop Again"

First time ever purchasing used camera items and was overall pleased. Prices were very fair and delivered quickly especially during a holiday. Only one issue with one of several items. Was to be excellent condition but lens filter has dings and abrasion that could affect photos. I do plan to reach out to KEH but received this survey first. Everything else was fantastic. I will use again and plan on selling things next.
