Jolly Leaf host 12 of my websites in total, split over two accounts. Their hosting plans are inexpensive, their up-time is superb and their support team is knowledgeable. If you're looking for a web host who can supply inexpensive hosting, with advisers who will provide as much or as little assistance as you need, and who will ensure your websites are available when you and your visitors want to access them, then congrats - you've found them.

"Very good support team"

I'm very happy with Jollyleaf. Its tremendous strength is an actual, human support team who will get back to you very quickly, and a very good email support interface. They're also very good value for money, and cPanel grants me a lot more control over my sites than my previous hosting provider's interface. The spot where I encountered difficulty is that as yet there isn't a lot by way of detailed FAQs / help documentation, so I ended up making a lot of use of their time as I figured out sub-domains, domain transfer, and upload of a site back-up to a sub-domain. Happily Frank deals with idiots with immense grace, and I have learnt a number of useful things to do with sub-domains.

"My experience with Jolly Leaf has been"

My experience with Jolly Leaf has been fantastic from them contacting me as my old host was giving me issues with a lot of downtime or no dashboard or email access. So them contacting me about moving was a life saver. Moving from my old host to Jolly Leaf was easy process for me apart from getting use to Cpanel as it was a big change for me. So far everything at jolly leaf has been smooth sailing and I see it staying this away. A big thank to jc on twitter dm help me a lot.

An excellent company. Had a free package with them for a couple years, but decided to take out a paid hosting package with them as a result of their excellent customer service. Servers are high quality, and not had any downtime issues.

"Fabulous service!"

I've been with Jollyleaf for over a year. I moved 4 websites including 2 Wordpress installs from a host I'd used for 15 years (they closed shop), so had no experience with such a move. I received prompt help and support I needed every step of the way. Email integrated smoothly with my email client, the file manager options are easy to use, and Dreamweaver was slick to set up. Occasionally, I mess something up and Jollyleaf fixes my mistakes in a most jolly manner :) I haven't experienced any downtime. Frank is my hero!

Very affordable and great service! Usually don't have any issues with the hosting and everything runs smoothly. However, if I've had any issues (such as I accidentally managed to overpay once and I also couldn't figure out how to transfer data from my old website to the new domain), they've always rectified it as soon as possible with great customer service from the team. They go out of their way to help, which I really love about them.
