"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!"

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! After placing my order, I was informed via text that one of my items was not only out of stock, but also unable to be sourced (yet STILL remains as IN STOCK online. The text asked if I wanted a refund, please respond. Well, obviously I want a refund If an item I order is not available. So I responded. I then went back online and found a similar item to the one that was out of stock. I emailed the company asking if the new item could be sent to me without me having to pay another $6.95 for shipping, being that I just paid for shipping with my initial order. 12 EMAILS back and forth between myself and customer service later, they REFUSE to waive the shipping so I can get a replacement item. I cannot believe the blatant lack of decency or customer service with this company, which I told them was unfortunate since I had planned on purchasing several items from them. I would be happy to post the e-mails as well, but I would NOT recommend purchasing from these people. I haven't even received my order yet, so I will post an actual product review once I receive my order as well. Hopefully I will find a reputable company that carries similar items, as I will not be purchasing from them again.
