"Order cologne nabeel fragrances"
Ordered 5 bottles of nabeel fragrances on Sunday July 3rd and emailed incensage wednesday asking when will my order be shipped. they called me and seemed very nice and said they are awaiting the order to be delivered from their supplier. He said by 9th it should be here... they called and said they didnt get the order. He then said they will have them by the following friday which is 15th of July and i emailed them on friday 15th and he said they didnt get them in yet... they would cancel my order and refund my credit card if i dont want to wait. I asked did they even know if the items are on U.S. shore and he said it comes from their supplier and they didnt know... well cant you call you're distributor and ask? the distributors know when items are shipped from overseas and can at least let you know if they are in customs.. I know i ran a business for years... so i told them to refund my money immediately or id do a charge back... Any business advertising products forsale and not even have them in stock is very bad business if you ask me.. I would order again if and when they get the products in stock and refund my money.. this way it shows me they are not a fake company

...bad customer service, never received items, waiting on refund for months now they tell that it is an administrative issue...some prices are unbeatable but, what does it mean if you pay and never receive the items because they never shipped them? i googled the address and got the street view...looked fishy! but the price was so cheap that i couldn't help but risk it, that's all!
