Don't even bother. Refused to pay out when it's at no fault of the buyer as to why the sale fell through and are quite nasty about it all when corresponding. Very unprofessional

"Be warned! Caution when buying"

Update - The insurance would not cover any of our costs regardless of the insurance as I have been informed that a lender refusing a mortgage loan on a property is not covered nor if we cannot meet the terms set by the lender - In essence, more money lost without recourse. We awaiting to find out if our claim is valid as although you need to buy the insurance within in 7 days of your offer being formally accepted it won't cover any expenses incurred before. We needed to begin quickly, paying our fees the same day as acceptance to take the house off the market, but buying the insurance the next day. We also are having difficulties with our lender whom has not provided a clear valuation due to retentions and terms required before lending.
