worst experience, they don't have pilots and their ground staff so well trained to handle they will give you the option to fly the plane by your self, and one of the major point they will reschedule the flight unlimited time without your concern and when you ask the they will scold you to book the flight from their airline.

The friction came from too much back and forth booking this business class trip. If you are using this service make sure you get back to them quickly after they have presented options. Also make sure they know which time zone you are in as they are in the California time zone. I would have preferred selecting my own seat after the booking but the price difference between booking yourself and using this service is great. Can't argue with the price.
