"I spilled yorkshire tea on my laptop"

I spilled yorkshire tea on my laptop and it completely shut down and wouldn't turn on. I was very stressed as i was going to Italy the following week but MacAssist were so great. I went to them very stressed without booking an appointment and the engineer looked at it straight away. It took about 5 days to get repaired but they were so good and also the cost was not bad at all. Thank you so much, i have recommended you to everyone

"Excellent communication and convenient collection and return - great service!"

FixMyBrokenMac have repaired two of my Apple computers now - an iMac and a MacBook Air. Both times the repair was quick, communication was excellent and the collection and return was very convenient. We're an IT Support company but don't carry out some types of hardware repair on Apples so have also been sending customers their way as and when required and I feel we can do so with confidence.

"Honest, competent & prompt"

I have now had occasion to use this company four times with 2 different (elderly) machines. They seem honest and very competent, diagnosis & repairs are generally very prompt (less than a week, sometimes only 48 hours) and have always kept me updated as to the progress of repairs. They have fixed issues Apple told me could not be fixed, at reasonable prices; they have advised me when they feel it may not be cost-effective to attempt a repair; they honoured a quote they had given me, even when the repair turned out to be significantly larger than was initially anticipated. Obviously, I hope not to need to use them again, but if I do have a problem, they are now my first choice.

I highly recommend fixmybrokenmac! They got back to me straight away. Answered honestly my confusing questions and gave me aquick solution. I damaged my laptop with liquid which isn't the smartest idea when it comes to spilling beverages on MACS. & Despite the high price, it was still reasonable as motherboards are expensive in general. "Highly recommended - great service"

I can highly recommend Will and the guys for an excellent and swift repair of my iMac 27". I had a total screen failure which would have meant a lot of toing and froing with the Apple Store, and the possibility of being without a much used family machine for a good number of weeks. Fixmybrokenmac gave me an honest assessment of the damage (although it was not something they had seen before) and the machine was repaired within the week, at a very reasonable charge. 3 weeks later, and the machine has been working fantastically. Thanks guys!

"Quoted £1200 by Apple Geniuses repaired here for £120"

I was quoted over £1200 for a repair on my MacBook Pro. Fixmybrokenmac repaired it within a couple of days for £120. If you think your computer is damaged from water damage, take it here! Absolutely fantastic service from the team. They are genuine and honest and incredible at what they do - would highly recommend them to anyone!

"Would use again!"

Really easy to deal with. I called for an idea of price. Within the week, my Apple machine was back with me fixed and working. They kept me up to date via email the whole process. Would definitely use again. Just to note: I used my own couriers to ship it to them as this protected the machine up to £2.5k loss - the machine is over £2k but their shippers only cover up to £1k loss...I would say it would a good idea for them to shop around for a courier with a higher level of loss cover for people who haven't got this facility to use their own. This however is not a negative for me. Other than this, I would highly recommend to anyone! Brilliant. PS - thank you for looking at the above review and commenting Will. It will be great for you to offer your own, as you say its the only part of your service you cannot control.
