John was extremely helpful adding another night to my stay and contacted the hotel on my behalf to combine my 2 reservations so I wouldn't have to check out and check-in again and saved me 70$ by doing this. Excellent customer service and as a result I will continue to use 5 star alliance!

In addition to the great rate 5 star alliance provided additional perks like free breakfast, hotel credit etc. In addition upon checking the rates few days later I noticed that rate dropped and they adjusted the difference for me just after the brief chat! Truly pleasant and highly professional experience.

This time I had to repeat 2 times filling up the booking form, the system didn't accept the informations I sent in the first time. I checked and nothing was wrong. Anyway, I cancelled and did it again. Then it worked out well.
