"After a month later - no item"

After reading other customer experience - it is all similar. I ordered one item on Nov 25th. It got lost in transit. I used their online customer service and said a replacement will be shipped in 6 days. They couldn't give me a new tracking number right away. Nothing in 6 days. I talked to a online agent AGAIN, I asked for a refund and said it will be processed in 2-3 business days. They couldn't give me a reference number. So waiting on my refund to see if it really happens or not. If it doesn't I'll have to dispute the charges. Estee lauder has great products but buy it somewhere else - Macys or even Nordstroms. Do not buy directly from them.

"Reputable business? More like capitalist thieves"

I placed an order on 13th May and they sent out the wrong order. After countless phone calls, emails, promises I still haven't received my refund... It's 26th May today.. They already received the items I have sent them back so basically they stole my money. I reported them to trading standards but I know it's all useless.. Money runs the world and they are one of the biggest companies in the trade. Only solution is to accept ourselves and boycott all these useless beauty products!!

"Nightmare"

The return process is non-existent. I used the CHAT, emails, and phone number. NO RESPONSE! I will NOT be stuck with this lousy and overpriced product. I want to ship it back with tracking, and have them include that cost in my refund, but I fear it will disappear into the abyss and I will be out $50!

"Just don't do it -- BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME"

Absolutely the worst online experience I've ever had. Never ordered from them before and never will again--always purchased at a department store. I placed order on 3/24nfrom an UNSOLICITED email and still haven't received my product. Contacted the BBB, went back and forth with Estee Lauder, and now it's May 13 and I still have no product and they deleted my account. I have reported them again to the BBB and sent all pertinent documents to them (the email chain, the original order, the first and second back order notifications). Again, this was ordered through an UNSOLICITED email and this has been the biggest waste of time I've ever experienced. After 25 years of faithfully using their products, as God is my witness, I will NEVER purchase another product from them. Absolutely terrible that a supposedly "upscale" brand can treat people this way and get away with it.

"Very awful online purchase experience"

Very awful online purchase experience that I got from Estee Lauder. Placed an order since 15th May but yet to receive any status update on the delivery. They only informed that they will look into my case but never give me a confirmed date on how soon I can receive my order. Informed the customer service to cancel the order and refund my money. They said will take another 7 to 10 days subject to the approval. Approval for me to cancel the order that never received response from Estee Lauder??? You must be kidding me.

"The products are good IF you can get them!"

The products are good. If you can get them! The website is ALWAYS experiencing issues. One chat rep will say they can help while the other can't or won't. I don't know what is going on with that site but it's a convenience for some of us who can't get to the store as quick as we'd like. They are teetering on losing my business.Clinique isn't bad.

"No time to cancel the order after the out-of-stock notification"

I spent a lot of time to wait and to order the warm collection, and eventually, get frustrated by the out-of-stock notification. No time to cancel the order after the out-of-stock notification! They sent me the out-of-stock email and I replied immediately, saying that I wanted to cancel the order. And after 20 minutes, the order has been shipped, and cannot be canceled since they haven't read my email!

"I felt the need to write a review"

I felt the need to write a review because after having read all of the bad reviews here I was pretty nervous about how my experience would go as a first time customer. The online reps helped me to be sure I matched with the correct color to the best they could through a photo.(it matched perfectly!) I was able to get 15% off my purchase and got some free samples along with the purchase. Shipped in a reasonable time frame from how they process their orders. The only hiccup was that when I got my order my free samples weren't in the box, however customer service was great about it, and got them shipped out to me. Oh and the foundation is amazing, stays on ALL DAY!! I Will definitely continue to order!

"I have spent £120 on Estee Lauder in"

I have spent £120 on Estee Lauder in january 2020. Bought a cleansing foam, the anti ageing night serum and the day cream. These are terrible, I can't believe I have lost so much money and my face is so bad. I am 32, my intention was to spend loads of money on quality anti ageing products. My face is dry, I have flaky dry patches on my cheeks and forehead. My eyes are irritated, always red. I had eye discharge too! I have not used any other products since january 2020. I will take pictures and put them on social media so that people can see I am telling the truth! I need a resolution because I have spend a lot of money for rubbish quality.

"Estee Lauder user"

I use Estee Lauder regularly and really enjoy their skincare range, lipsticks and some of their eye shadow collection. The packaging of palettes feel like luxury, lipstick packaging could do with changing to match the luxury brand but skincare containers are good. I wished they did a recycling scheme if we recycle X amount of skincare pots/containers then they would give a reward back as if brands need to be more sustainable. The staff are usually welcoming and helpful in Debenhams and Boots but I didn't like them in Selfridges as there was no warmness and they made you feel like your the inconvenience. Like hello? We are paying customers that pay for your wages?? Sales = staff wages and profits so I will be avoiding this concession. I've also shopped online when I am unable to get to a store and the website is easy to use and they give you samples which is great.
