This company is the WORSE of the WORSE. There are so many scammers in the cyber world but Design Proficient, is the worse of them all. These guys are gangsters. They don't give a darn about their clients. It's all about money and more money. They built us a website and it's almost a year and they cannot complete it. In fact, they stopped communication. Would you believe that we had to hire another to steal our website away from them? We are now pursuing legal actions. "Worst experience ever"

Worst experience ever. Paid alot of money for them to give my old website a face lift . After several months my site finally went live but customers were not able to contact me as the contact form didn't work. Then all of a sudden my site wouldn't even load. They said my site was hacked and would need to pay another 500.00 us funds. (I'm Canadian) in order to get it up and running again. I even purchased a 5 yr. maintenance package but they said it doesn't cover this. I had no choice but to hire another company to create a whole new website. This company is very unprofessional. PLEASE BEWARE!!

You send me proof that he ever sent me a completed logo or even responded to any of my emails within a decent timeframe and I will give your company five stars right now! All correspondence was from Iammanyproductions at gmail. His name was Jason. His email was OlBobTaylor. That direct email was given to me directly from him off of your websites chat box. I filled in your questionnaire/brief as well. He agreed to a lesser price for a customized illustration. I cannot reply to your company’s response on this forum. I have my invoice payments as well as proof of all correspondence with him for this logo. Since your phone lines hang up on callers and my last correspondence with Jason was a full refund request because of all of this, who the heck am I supposed to complain to now! Two payments were sent. One for 60 US to one email and one for 90 US to another email. I just assumed it was different departments. I want my money back. My product was never delivered. So wherever you want me to send that proof let me know immediately!!
