Outstanding product and customer service from Demko! We had been on the market for a very long time as we wanted to buy an organic mattress which is really organic and not only in its name. Most of the companies call their mattresses natural or organic even if they contain adhesive, chemicals or fire retardants. In my opinion this should be addressed by the authorities and be more regulated. Anyway, we have tried and visited many retailers but at the end there always was some ingredient in their mattresses which made them non-organic to say the least. Then finally we have found Demko and their mattresses which ticked all the boxes. We were moving to our new home and wanted the mattress to be delivered on a specific day and specific time slot. Demko’s office were extra helpful throughout the process and managed to organize this which was a huge help for us. We have been using our deluxe c mattress for 2 months now and we could not be happier with it. Thanks a lot Demko!

"Demko bed system has been life changing"

When we wanted to buy a new bed we had three things in mind - a solid wood bed with no lacquer or varnish, natural dust mite free mattress with no fire retardant treatment and something that supports my messed up back. My toddler has chemical sensitivities along with dust mite allergy so we couldn’t compromise on any of the requisites. The search seemed quite hard to begin with. But my late mother in law who was a stickler for natural eco friendly non toxic material and a bad back left behind a demko bed. So we looked it up online. At last we found something which ticked all our boxes. All my queries were promptly answered via email with all the info needed. We went for an Alexandra bed frame with bed system and mattress. When it arrived my husband said it was easiest piece of furniture he put together with a well thought out assembly. It is a solid wood bed and being treated with natural oil there was no off gassing with varnish like smells. Since only firm mattresses have helped my back I was skeptical quite skeptical off the soft foam. But I was assured with my given weight this was the right choice. Now having slept in it for a week I can say the first time in over six years I have woken up without any back pain. Just can’t believe I don’t have a sore back or shoulder any more. I am afraid to say it out aloud in case I jinx it! But I think these demko guys know what they are talking about! Toddler hasn’t woken up too many times. I feel that we don’t get too hot or too cold in the mattress. Though I mostly had my toddler in mind while buying the bed, waking up with no back pain in the middle of the night has been a blessing. Anybody waking with a sore back aching all over should give demko bed system a try before resigning themselves to life long pain. I am well pleased with our investment in buying demko bed. It had been worth it! Definitely!!!

"Absolutely love our mattress"

Absolutely love our mattress! I'm writing this after a super comfy night of sleep. I don't have any particular back problem or anything like that, but wanted an eco mattress (i.e. no synthetic materials, no off-gassing fire retardents etc) and am really chuffed we went with this as it's so comfortable on top of it's eco credentials. We went for the DeLuxe B - UK King, and find it to be just the right level of firmness. Tamas was great, very helpful, and the service was very efficient. 5 Stars from me.

"Demko bed"

My wife, who had disc surgery a few years ago, finds the Demko particularly comfortable and she wakens much more refreshed and less stiff than with our previous pocket sprung bed. We’re very pleased that we decided to go for the motorised version. Sitting up in bed is now a real treat. All in all, the bed has been a great buy. First class customer service from Tamas Forgo.
