I booked an apartment in Mouille Point through them for my trip last November. They were perfectly reliable. My only issues with them was it was difficult to make a secure transaction for the payment - they wanted to just send them my credit card details in an email at first. I also felt that they were trying to push the most expensive apartment rather than the one most suited to our needs.
Other than that though they were a good company and the booking went smoothly. You just call them up on arrival and someone comes and meets you at the apartment and shows you round.
