"Updated. Wasted 30 euros & 14 days"

UPDATE:
Review changed from 1 to 3 stars. Seller made it right, sent correct item and even refunded my original purchase. He apologized for the poor service.

I appreciate this. However, the contact and making things right only happened after my original negative review was posted on trustpilot (not after I sent them e-mails). Unfortunately, even though they did a lot to make things right, and did eventually send the correct item, after this experience and the stress I went through just for a small item, I will still never place another order with Banzai Music.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

Placed order on site 5 days ago. Paid.
Not shipped. No updates.
Wrote to seller multiple (6) times, email and via online chat. No reply.
Ripped off, they have stolen 30 euros from me.

EDIT: order finally received, 10 days after payment. The marshall 100 gold rivets I received are NOT the correct ones, not what's pictured on the site.
These are:
- not in Marshall package
- darker color, some with blemishes
- not ribbed

Complete waste of time and money. Threw away 30 euros and wasted 2 weeks of my time. Total ripoff.

"Small company with great service"

Update: The just called me and explained the reason for the delay (waiting for a better set of matched tubes from supplier, rather than sending a pair the wouldn't work that well with my specific amp, which I really respect). They even upgraded me for free from the regular way of shipping with postal service to FedEx. Still haven't shipped, but personal calls to fix and and explain is a good sign of a small company taking their costumers seriously. Previous post: Their web site worked flawlessly, but their process time is very long (at least from my first attempt buying from them). It's been a week already and my order is still processing, even though I have called them several times and sent them e-mails. They have however always answered politely when calling them, but it doesn't make up for slow handling.

It is not a serious company. Bad customer service. A conversation literally takes days. Not recommended at all.
