"20+ years selling Avon and I don’t even know"

20+ years selling Avon and I don’t even know where to start at!! What in the hell are all these outrageous priced items? My customers have always enjoyed good quality products at a budget price point. The convenience of me delivering and a new book a couple times a month. My business is almost nothing now! All the items my customers have ordered are gone and replaced with some high falooting garbage.
I get more embarrassed with each book at the crap they are trying to sell. Really a $1,000 peacock bottle of high karate perfume???? Whoever is overseeing marketing these days needs to go......

"Disgusting service online from Avon"

Disgusting service online from Avon. They took my money and never delivered my goods. When I phoned chasing the order, they advised they had never received the order even though I had an email confirmation and it was showing online under my orders! Thankfully they refunded it but not before me having to phone my bank and get the authorisation code to give to Avon! Bunch of con-artists! Would not use online again!

"Absolutely disgraceful - never use again"

Ordered online 2 perfumes which one was actually for someone as a gift, I paid for them and was meant to be delivered within 5 days. Waited 2 weeks recurved nothing. Emailed customer service was told my order was part of a batch that got broken in the van? Ok fine waited another 2 weeks absolutely nothing but recieved an email asking if I enjoy my purchase. So I chased them about it again. It’s now a whole year later never recieved my package, absolutely disgusting it’s not even worth chasing anymore.

"Online service poor"

Ordered online and opted for the delivery to be via a rep. Received an e mail to say the rep would be in touch to arrange delivery and payment. A month later and still heard nothing. Customer services informed me that it was up to me to contact the rep myself. Sorry, not chasing an order. Will not use them again!

"Huge waste of time and money"

They've lost a longtime customer. I ordered two (2) self-sharpening lip pencils, choosing the free delivery from my local Rep within 5 days. A week later, no email followup from my Rep. Avon emails me asking if I was enjoying my purchase(s), and to please complete their survey link. I replied that my local Rep never contacted me, so I didn't receive my paid order. Avon replied with an idiot autoreply "your message will be passed on to their appropriate personnel for further investigation..." What a joke. Thank goodness I only lost out $8.00. There are too many other competitors out there to waste my time with Avon. They blew it.

"Avon are an absolute disgrace."

Avon are an absolute disgrace. They are selling a product that they call "soft as skin" which they claim stops all insects biting you!!! It is completely untrue. I was told about this product from a very nice lady I met out shopping in Asda's - I think she must have been an Avon rep to lie to me so much. She said she never got bitten when she put this stuff on. I bought 5 bottles because I believed her. Got the order - it did take a lot longer than I expected and put it on before going to bed and woke up with 5 bites on my legs! The stuff is absolute rubbish and Avon are making fraudulent claims to sell this rubbish. It's now all in the bin. What a disgraceful company, I will never buy from Avon ever again.

"Mistake in my shipment; was told by online rep they couldn't help and to call customer service."

I ordered several items through the website. One item, an anti-itch spray, came without the spray nozzle and I only received the bottle. I emailed customer service the day I received my shipment. I did not receive a response for 9 days and when I did, this was their reply: "Please note that since your order was placed prior 6/1/2018 we do not have access to your purchase history. In order to assist you, please call 1-800-500-2866. After choosing "English", please press option number 2 (Avon.com), and then press 1 (Orders placed before June 1st), so you can get in touch with the Department that will help you getting these items either refunded or reshipped." Unfortunately, for me, Avon is not a fast shipper and because they were so slow, I was told I had to contact customer service since they no longer had access to my purchase history. Really? An order as far back as 2 weeks cannot be accessed by an online representative? I could call Avon and get it straightened out but frankly, I'm so frustrated; I've made the decision to take my business where they can handle online customer support.

"Poor communication, lack of customer support."

Ordered a product over two weeks ago and paid for the delivery. Waited a week when not delivered then filled in the contact form on line. E-mail returned from customer service stated that the product was with the courier and would be delivered that day. One week later still waiting. Rang them up and it seems like the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. There was a note on my account to say that there was a problem with the address but this was never communicated to me. Absolute shambles I have asked for a refund..... watch this space will they be able to deliver that? I have now received an email telling me a credit is now applied to my card for the "order that you no longer require." This is not the case it should read "the order we failed to deliver." Again an example of how to not take responsibility for your own actions.

"Avon "soft and smooth sensitive hair"

Avon "soft and smooth sensitive hair removal cream" facial hair removal cream: the 24 hour allergy test did not work. This is of enormous concern to me. The allergy test, just as when applying the product after 24 hours was performed precisely as per instructions. The facial test area I used was fine and clear 24 hours later for me to then apply it to the majority of my face. I never want anyone to experience the physical pain, emergency dermatologist, doctor's appointments, huge medical bills and emotional trauma that I have had to deal with.
