"High restocking and return fees"

I ordered 1 set of floor mats I received 4 and charged for 4. I called customer service to return 3 sets of floor mats that I didn’t order and was charged about $ 170 for restocking fees and return shipping, this is a ridiculous policy especially when I didn’t order 4 sets. I do not recommend buying from this company. They didn’t even inform me they were doing this. This is not a reputable company.

"Miserable experience"

Miserable experience. Sent me the wrong part (their website listed it as being compatible with my vehicle...its definitely not). Customer service completely unreachable, didn't respond to multiple emails, chat or phone call attempts. And to add insult to injury they'll charge me a 20% restocking fee...for their failure. Steer clear.

"Should be zero stars"

Should be zero stars. Don't do business with AutoAnything. Their customer service is AutoNothing. They charge when you order and when they mix up your order, it's up to you to spend hours on phone calls, chat and email trying to get resolution. Their chat and email replies ignore the content of your message, are totally irrelvent and are summarily closed. Got a person on the phone who promised correction but didn't deliver - 3 1/2 hours wasted. I only got resolution by reporting the problem to PayPal.
Save your time, money and stress by dealing with another company.

"Train wreck"

Train wreck. Ordered an item, received an email that it had been delivered by FedEx. It may have been delivered, but not to me. FedEx says since there was no signature required, they have no responsibility. (mind you, my home office is 8' away from my front porch with a window) and never saw a FedEx truck when they said it was delivered. Tried to contact Auto Anywhere (Nowhere?) and it was a two hour wait to talk to someone on the phone and took about one and a half hours on the chat room to just get transfered from department to department, with a message that finally told me they couldn't assist.

"Customer service is PATHETIC they're Con-Artist"

Customer service is PATHETIC. Called them about a dash cover I bought for my 1997 E420 Benz and was given a very rude runaround. The dash cover didn't fit and was so poorly made it looked like a kindergarten kid made it. They said I would have to pay return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee and they would give me store credit not a refund. These people should be shut down. Something that doesn't fit and is so poorly made should be on them not the customer. Beware they are Con-Artist.

"Customer service never responds."

I needed new brake pads and rotors for my vehicle, and I chose autoanythig because they were the only one who did fast shipping for a reasonable price. I got what I thought were my rotors and brake pads just the next day, only problem was, I only received one of the rotors. I chatted with someone who said the left rotor would take a bit longer, which doesn’t work for me. So I’ve attempted to no avail to get in touch with someone, but no one will call or email me back. They say the wait to get someone on the phone is 45min, yet I sit on hold for 2 hours at work with no answer. Then when I get someone on chat, they’re rude and won’t give me the information I need. I made a mistake by being in a rush to get the parts I needed and chose the wrong place to get them from. Don’t be fooled by the fast shipping times, because i got most of my order next day, but what good does it do me to have one rotor here faster than the other? And their prices aren’t any cheaper than other more reputable parts sellers. Do yourself a favor, save yourself all the stress I’ve gone through, and get your parts from somewhere else.
