Dreadful experience! They went bankrupt then restarted a new company Energy Advice centre!?! Avoid it like the plague or you risk being conned! They have no shame ! They are owe customers and creditors a fortune!

"A dangerous disaster from start to finish."
Like the review above, we had shocking service from Superseal regarding an airsource pump which they eventually removed under duress. The system was condemned by Daikin itself and was incorrectly installed. Three years on and the curse of Superseal continues, having had an independent service engineer looking at the Grant Vortex boiler they installed three years ago, he has basically condemned the installation. It has been dangerously installed and has probably been leaking carbon monoxide. We are now having to paying a plumbing firm to come and reinstall the boiler correctly. IF YOU HAVE HAD A BOILER INSTALLED BY SUPERSEAL, PLEASE GET SOMEONE TO CHECK THE INSTALLATION.

"Absolutely shocking service"
Absolutely shocking service - system broken down 3 times in 3 years. Last broke down november 2017 & after numerous letters, phone calls & broken promises i find out the company is in liquidation. I am left £10,000 out of pocket with a broken system & will have to find more money to fix it. Wish they had never cold called at door. Lesson learned
