Previously thought this was a good site, but have had an offer "pending" for way too long and no way to email OH my dosh about it or question them because of the way their site is laid out. I can write my query but can't submit it as i can't select the box about this offer as they think its already dealt with. A straight forward email query section would be helpful but just not possible. Fed up now. Keep the money , I'm bored with not being able to contact you.
