"Professional negligence,Wilfull Misconduct"

I had a professional negligent experience with MW Solicitors I instructed them to pursue a case for me as they advertised as "Specialists", this company was far from that. They took many months to get barristers advice, not keeping me up to date on my case, NOT sending paperwork to court when requested, (then denying I had asked for the paperwork to be sent). MW's blamed others for delays where evidence contradicts this, I asked a very important letter to be sent to a family member, advised had been done by the solicitor, and a copy would be sent to me, never received a copy, finally in MW's final response a few months later admitted it was never done. This has caused problems within the family. Fraudulent hand written Telephone Record Sheet being submitted to legal ombudsmen. I was offered mediation by MW Solicitors, when I approached mediator, MW's response to mediator "they where not interested in mediation, anymore". Tried to complain and all calls where either ignored or put through to voicemail. Despite MW solicitors knowing I was suffering with mental health problems. I intend to sue this company and will use Polygraph testing and other sources of evidence, I would urge other persons to do the same. Please do not use this company.
