I was very impressed with how responsive Vanessa was to all my contact with her. Considering that I live on the west coast of the United States, which meant that we had an 8 hours time lag, she adapted to it very easily.
She was timely in getting back to be, constructive with her advice on how to proceed on the sale/conveyance of my house, and made me feel reassured when we had some trying questions from the buyer.

The only hiccup was the fact that their online portal cannot support overseas clients, but she and the support team helped me work round that. That is the only reason for 4 stars rather than 5.

MW don't come back to you, don't return calls, don't follow up as promised. My experience with this company was to basically get ignored! Shocking service and they take no responsibility at all.

"Extradition Case Discharged!"

"If you are lookng to move house, you need Lucy Giles and team!"

We recently purchased a house as first time buyers and our experience with MW Solicitors was excellent, I cannot recommend them enough! When I first enquired about using MW, Katie Garcia ensured my query was directed to the right team and provided me with a response within the same day. Lucy Giles was responsible for my file and I could not have asked for a better service. Lucy ensured I was updated at every step of the way and made every part of the process as simple as possible for us. Any queries were resolved within the same day and I never once had to prompt Lucy for an update. This gave us great confidence that Lucy was in complete control of our file. Whilst our purchase general ran smoothly, when we did hit an issue with the chain near the end, Lucy was extremely helpful, providing us with options to resolve the problem and going out of her way, liaising with various parties, to achieve the best possible outcome for us. Lucy even took over liaising with the estate agents, which took away a lot of stress.
