"Molly Maids visit today 24 August 2020"

Today was the third time Molly Maids came to clean, they arrived at 11am and left at twenty to twelve. when I remarked on the short time they had been there, I was told it was because there were three of them. I inspected their work after they had left .I was disappointed. The shower in the main bathroom had not been cleaned at all, although the toilet and sink had, The wardrobe in the main bedroom had not been dusted on the top. The kitchen sinks were not up to standard, the oven had not been cleaned at all. I had removed the rubbish bag from the waste bin and disposed of it, but the bin had not been cleaned. The conservatory had cobwebs and dead flies behind the settee. The porch had been mopped, but not behind the plant pots where I found dead leaves and cobwebs. I am afraid that this visit was not up to standard. Ann Imlah

"I have only had the service once but"

I have only had the service once but was generally happy with the services provided. I was a little disappointed that one of the ladies left a spray bottle in my furniture and it leaked leaving quite a large mark on the upholstery fabric. I would hope this is a one off genuine mistake but hope they will be more careful on the subsequent visits. Both ladies were really pleasant and friendly a delight to have around.

"Awful & unprofessional"

I have been a Mollymiad - Lincolnl customer for 3 years, we have had numerous issues, the clean started out great, however ended up being very poor, areas missed as with other customers - hardly any time spent at my house despite me paying £110 every time they came - usually they'd be here an hour tops, The franchise manager would not get back to my emails and i was told that 'her girls' liked the new builds as thats where they make money, so when returning from COVID i've had 1clean (£165) for an hour and then after sending 5 emails and cleaners not turning up i was told i couldn't get another clean until Mid Sept, The manager also told me how 'her girls' were not coming back from furlough because they had made-up anxiety to get more time off work & that she wanted to go round with a wooden spoon and get them back to work! i've now cancelled my service - not that they care.

Friendly people and quality of cleaning is very good. Only use at this stage for bathrooms and downstairs toilet.
