I ordered an inflatable cushion from this company which was unsuitable so I returned it at my own expense. Sadly my refund never appeared so I had to chase them for this. After a time I was told that my money had been refunded but on checking my statement found that it was £3.00 short of my original payment. So I am now £6 worse off through this return. Customers beware. Personally I would never deal with this company again.

"Disgraceful service"
Disgraceful service , purchased a walking stick , when it arrived it was wrong size , after ringing customer service I spoke to Ashley who was rude and unhelpful , after waiting nearly 2 weeks for this stick ( after placing order was told it was out of stock ) Ashley informs me it was just a mistake , rude horrible man , thanks to this company I am now completely without a walking stick , and I have to wait for a prepaid sticker to come , and then post at post office even though I'm disabled and without a walking stick ??!!!! STAY AWAY from this company if you value your money and want good customer service
