"Awful Manager Tracy - Pathalogical Liars and scam artists."
I have been using Lexham insurance to insure my current moped for a few months and have insured more then one bike with their company. Recently within a month I have been involved in two unfortunate accidents where on two separate occasions, two weeks apart I was knocked of my bike. On my first encounter I told Lexham insurance about this incident and they wanted 25% if I was to claim through them so instead I went to another solicitors at which I found a better deal and informed Lexham insurance that I would not be going through with them to which they said ok. On my second encounter I also gave this to my solicitors as they are already dealing with my first incident and had informed Lexham Insurance of this second incident and that I will also be going through my own solicitors. I had a Manager named Tracy then contact me from my insurance informing me that I must cancel my policy because I have claimed that on the 11th of December 2016 I claimed that so couldn't ride my bike after the first incident which occurred on the date to which I have never said anything to that effect to any staff member or anyone or even my own solicitors. She also asked me where the pizza was as the bike I was riding had a box on the back. I told her I was not a delivery driver and I did not have anything in the box. This manager then cancelled my policy as I felt I had no choice by the way she had forced me to practically do so. Later the same evening after contacting my solicitors I had rang Tracy back and informed her that my partner would be talking on my behalf. As my partner started to ask her simple questions as Tracy had done with me earlier on, Tracy then changed her tone of voice and would not answer the questions such as, 'who told you this information'?. She basically told me I was a delivery driver and spoke to me as if she was at he scene of the incident. She then began to be rude to my partner and ended up putting down the phone although my partner had not been rude back and was not finished talking. We had no answers to the questions we asked the Manager Tracy at Lexham Insurance. She has lied so that she can cancel my insurance. It all comes down to me not giving them my two claims that is what I believe. This company is absolutely awful for the way they have treated me and my partner. As a manager, Tracy does not fit the title! She should have handled the situation better as someone who is a Manager and a role model for those who one day want to be in her position and hopefully won't lie to their clients to get what they want. After all of this they want the rest of the insurance money owed. I would like to see any eveidence to prove anything they have said i said and if anyone is owed money it is me!

"Too expensive, hidden fees everywhere, no service"
Had to fight to have my premium reflected in my new situation and address. Finally ended up paying 25 pounds to change my address and had 30 min of pure bulls**** to be told that unfortunately no manager could help me and that because I paid my yearly premium, they would not be able to refund me the money they owe me. Stay away seriously... Trust these reviews and do yourself a service: research a good insurance company.

"Really high fees"
Changed my address but everything else stayed the same. Premium went up a little bit, fair enough. But £25 just to change an address and the policy only cost me £120 originally. So 20% just to change an address plus premium increase? Asked to waive fee, said no, wouldn't budge. Will definitely NOT renew my policy with you, just lost a customer.

"extra charges + extra excess"
got a quote via a comparison website.. after receiving the policy I checked the facts to discover a few wrong details (different to what I had put in the comparison site). When I updated these details not only was I charged a higher premium but my excess also went up!

"System down, insisted on redoing from scratch over the telephone!"
What a joke. They must think I have time to waste. I was trying to buy insurance for my bike via GoCompare and the link was to their site - but it was "under repair" - and I had to call up to buy. They then wanted me to repeat everything again. It turns out that its not even an insurer but a broker and charged £75 ! What a joke.
