"we got a quote for £5000-00 for my "

we got a quote for £5000-00 for my Sons new bike against other companies @ £2000-00 so we asked to cancel his insurance on his moped from next Wednesday which is the 18 October the girly on the other end of the phone DID NOT LISSEN neather did my 17 year old Son she said the 12 and my Son said yes so when she said so that is from tomorrow my Son past me the phone and i said no i heard him say next Wednesday she said sorry it has been canceled and that is that so it leaves my Son without insurance for 7 days there customer service is crape they do not like you canceling

"Lexham liars"

Very dishonest company, would NEVER recommend anyone to have insurance with Lexham Insurance nor use any services they may provide. Absolutely disgusted with their Manager Tracy, should learn how to talk to clients!
