I have developed and launched many sites with Coding Ninjas (coming up on 10) on a personal level and from an agency perspective. I have always been impressed with their speed, competency, and customer service. From the top down, they provide top-notch communication and clarity. There are many ways to get started whether it's a quote, a time-estimate, a programmatic question, or cost concern. Coding Ninjas has always worked with me to accomplish the goal within the framework that benefits me. They advertise the developer screening process on their site and from my experience, their screening procedure delivers on their promise. If I have certain code framework requirements or exclusions, they have someone in the queue ready to comply. There is no communication (code or language) barriers and security is a point of emphasis for Coding Ninjas as well. As with any developer, the more context, and information you provide, the better the initial result. What I've found with Coding Ninjas is the ability to fill in the gaps even when you don't have the initial answer. And then the ability to graciously work with you to achieve your goal even if it means reworking something they've already done. This speaks to their customer service first attitude because clients really do matter to them.
