"Good material but could be better"

Good material but sometimes seems like too much to cover all angles where as I would prefer more concise notes rather than 3 or 4 of different forms of notes. Also find quite a few mistakes on the online resources which can be very frustrating. Also seem to have some IT issues sometimes.

"Live online- tutors and tech"

I find the online live learning platform tutors to be extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic in the way they present and teach the courses! My only bad experiences have been with the Webex system access to the live classes whereby my sound connection and/ or general login has been unsuccessful on several attempts, which can be very frustrating when trying to attend a live session.

"Revision course needs to be more"

Revision course needs to be more tailored to CBE with CBE exam style questions not paper based exam style questions as examples. Also CBE exam technique needs to be improved.

Course content very good but extremely poor course administration caused lots of stress and anxiety in the build up to exams which is the last thing you need at an already stressful time.

"Poor Study Resources, Mistakes with almost every stage of the classroom sessions, Rude Conduct"

Rude Conduct - One particular Member of Nottingham's Reception team I had an argument with regarding incorrect exam times sent out to me which led to me turning up for the wrong exam. Raised voice and unwillingness to offer help. Study Resources - In majority of online study resources had spelling and grammatical mistakes, the audio on some of the tuition videos only comes out of one speaker/headphone and the speakers range from booming voices one second to mouse-like squeaks the next. I would NEVER recommend Kaplan to anyone considering studying with them, the customer service is slow and downright incorrect in places, the study materials are wrong, I have never managed to get a mock exam marked by my tutors either due to front desk problems stopping this or simply just not marking answers. Thankfully I will be finished with Kaplan come next Year, I will do my best to tell everyone in the accounting profession how poor my experience has been with them.
