Having bee with another Apprentice agency, tKaplan are far better. They are much more professional and treat you like an adult. Would be happy recommending them to anyone!

"I have attended OCS evening course"

I have attended OCS evening course. The course was not too bad but i feel it could be more detailed and could prepare me better. I failed the case study and i asked to enroll me on the next course, which supposed to be free of charge. However, at that point i was told about requirements to submit all mock exams, otherwise i cannot get the free course. I didn't submit one mock because i missed the deadline and i missed the deadline because the tutor was explaining the deadlines while i was still writing the first mock exam and i got the dates wrong. When I was explaining this, the lady in complains department wrote to me that i should pay more attention....I found it rude and very unhelpful. Obviously i cannot pay attention to write the exam and listen to the tutor at the same time. I would think that the tutor should wait for all students to finish the exam. Now I am left with no money, no help and no materials. Kaplan books also have a lot of errors... I have budget for the management and strategic level but definitively I won't spend it with Kaplan after such bad customer care and lack of understanding.

"Best provider"

Good books with lots of details and plenty of practice for each AAT module. Support is also good, always helpful. Have only positive experience with Kaplan and wouldn't go with different provider.

Only had 1 issue with Kaplan Leeds which was resolved quickly. Jo and the rest of the reception team are all wonderful and the trainers are all hard working, knowledgeable and fair

"Do not rely on them"

Hard to understand and figure out what the texts are in their book. I was thinking I have problem with them but I see lots of students out there are agree with it Besides, I reach to another point now after wasting my bloody time with them and that is finding somewhere for being apprentice. In the beginning when you want to sign to pay money they support you and you are satisfied by them that it would be placement but in last 14 months I am looking for somewhere and three times I gave my details to Kaplan, also AAT but no one contacted me. AAT after holding me on the line and discussing with different department, with laughing told me that they are not providing apprenticeship service!!! So, know I really disappointed with studying accountancy when I cannot see any support from all these services. They are just good to send magazines and shinny advertisement. If I knew these about AAT and Kaplan before start, I never was starting this course and wasting my time.
