"A very good experience, even with switching policies."

I've had a very good experience with ISO. I'm an international student on F1 Visa and had to switch policies in the middle of the annual term which I had purchased, because I transferred schools. The ISO customer care was very helpful. They gave me a refund for my remaining term and helped me sign me up for the new policy easily. I do not have any complaints yet.
