"Transaction failed but still took my money! Rubbish customer service"

Paid for my £150 order online but the website said the transaction had failed....even though the money has been taken out of my account! H&M customer service (who were painful to get hold of/speak to) said it would take upto 5 working days to refund me...which I'm doubtful of after reading the other reviews. How can a company take a large payment if the order has failed, I am dreading having to try and get through to customer services if the money doesn't go back into my bank...I will not be ordering from here again!

"APPALLING"

I wanted to buy a particular white sweatshirt. The only one in my size was soiled. I mean VERY SOILED. The staff were unsmiling and gormless when I approached them. I asked if there was another in the stock room as I pointed out the dirt. (oh dear, did I disturb you and spoil your day by asking you to do something other than stand at a till?) I was told there were no more and I would have to buy it like it was, they were not prepared to reduce the price. I asked to speak to the manager who told me that they do not do this if a garment is dirty with make up or any dirt. Only if a garment is faulty. The lack of service was appalling, and to top it all, when I turned on my heel to leave, they sniggered to each other. I will NEVER set foot in the Barnet branch again. The store was like a ghost town. I am not surprised with service like that. How can you allow this to happen? How can you put someone in charge who can't make a discretionary decision? Her attitude has cost your store plenty. I suggest you train your staff properly or the premises will be like the rest of the high street. Empty. You do the maths.

"Good quality clothes"

Good quality clothes! I loved everything I purchased. The service is okay. Staff assists me when I need something. Shopping is a good experience.

"Cheap and Tacky"

Their items may be cheap and you will think you are getting a bargain. WRONG Their items look very nice in the pictures but are of very poor quality. You will find that over time that it is costing you more as you are forever replacing it. After about 3 to 6 months it will go into holes and will have to be thrown away. Rather than waist your money do what I now do pay more elsewhere and it will last a lot longer as the quality is better. I would recommend trying New Look or River Island their items may be pricey but they will last.

"Good clothing at reasonable prices"

Good clothing at reasonable prices. I always buy men's underwear here, it's cheap, superb quality and long lasting. Seriously, you buy few packs of 3 and forget about buying new for couple of years. Keeps surprising at the cashiers in the store when your items appear to be cheaper than the price tag says, just wonderful! Had an issue with my order once, the delivery service loose my parcel, but who can you blame? I have contacted H&M customer service and got fully refunded in just two days. Recommended to everyone who cares what they're buying.

"Signed up for free deliveries and got my items lost"

I have signed up for unlimited free deliveries and got my parcel lost. I wish I knew the company they would send my items with, I would never place an order. They sending through Hermes - the worst company ever! Feel free to read all the negative reviews about multiple parcel losses via Hermes.
