"Wrong colour sandals"

Ordered a pair of black sandals waited almost 3 weeks for delivery just for them to come a horrible brown colour! Now if I send them back I will have to wait weeks for another pair The right colour and Probably won’t get that discount code I had for them again to have them for The same price

"Very poor service"

I bought a good pair of shorts from H&M, but the delivery service from Yodel was very poor. I waited in all day on the day notified. The delivery didn’t come. I got a message saying the driver tried & failed, but that probably wasn’t true since we were close by the door all day. Customer services said the driver didn’t have a phone they could contact to find out & solve the problem, so that sounds untrue as well. Being told the truth would have been helpful, so we could know what would happen next.

"Horrible costumer service."

Horrible costumer service. I was a regular costumer for a long time but not anymore. I’ve ordered a set of clothes online and the trousers I’ve ordered came the wrong size. I didn’t make a fuss about it the first time. I’ve ordered same pair of trousers again. Guess what, they came in the wrong size as well! Emailed support- not much helpful... I went to a shop to get the refund for the second pair of trousers. In the shop, when I asked manager to check if they have correct size in stock, a lady said that she CAN’T CHECK! I was told to go a look for the trousers myself which I refused. In the end there was no correct size in stock in the shop. I’ve tried again and order online. The 3rd time the size of the trousers was wrong !!!! I’ve contacted support -this time a call. They said they will open a case for me, which is already second one and I still have no information. Support supposed to get back to me in 48h, it’s a week time now and I still haven’t heard from them. It’s the most unprofessional company I dealt with. Waste of money ! Do never order!

My daughter ordered new clothes Sunday evening that arrived Wed Lunchtime,, great clothing form H&M at reasonable prices, plus i had a money off voucher from recycling clothing in store (before lockdown) & could use that online too.

"Zero customer service"

Two weeks on I’m still waiting for an order to be despatched. Due to the wait I’ve asked to cancel it, HM refused, despite the fact my order hasn’t been actioned. I telephoned HM first of all. The person who picked up the call, was extremely unprofessional, lacked telephone skills - she actually lacked any people/speaking skills. It was as if I was talking to a toddler. The call went nowhere, and because she was ill equipped to deal with a simple query, I hung up in frustration. I then took to Twitter, this must be where her brother works. Again, poor skills, illiterate and also sarcastic. Twitter person refused to the cancel order. Will never order from HM again, I’m appalled how I was spoken to and treated. Clearly not a company who believe in customer service.

"Clearance aisle paradise"

I'm a budget shopper. Clearly. I'm at H&M. They always have the nicest clothes on clearance! And then most of the time you can use a coupon either on your phone, or if you're lucky, through a flyer in the mail. So worth it! I know it's fast fashion, but if you're strapped for cash, need some interview clothes or winter gear, this is the place! I've had sweaters from this place that still look BRAND NEW. And I got it from the KIDS section! They really do have the best accessories too. I just love the place. It's like I graduated from Forever21 and walked a few feet into H&M and I'm like, yeah. I'm all grown up now! lol
