"I requested a call back and haven't"
I requested a call back and haven't heard back and also I tried contacting them several times but haven't heard back.!! How can you expect to trust a company like this who doesn't have a good AFTER SALE SERVICES!!; ; I wish I had an alternative but I am only using this one AC from Hitachi and getting troubles now ...
