"Terrible service"

Terrible service, I booked a cleaner two days before I needed the service and was confirmed. I selected 5 star review cleaners only and opted for the cleaner to bring their own supplies as recommended on the site. On the morning in question the cleaner called to say she would be late, at first one hour, then two hours. She asked me what cleaning supplies I had and knew nothing of the feature to bring her own items. She said she need to go to the shop to collect some items which would delay her further. I waited three hours and no sign of her, had to go to work after working from home to allow for the booking. I was very busy work wise and had visitors coming to stay the following morning so the whole incident left me high and dry with no time to make other arrangements. What's more, I cannot review her as the job never took place so her profile is still listed as 5 star on their website, beware of this. It was my first and last time trying with this company.
