This was my first time using helping.ie, I was very pleased with my cleaner, she was very friendly and responsive to all my texts. She stayed over her time to get the job done, she cleaned all the windows which I was not expecting, the bathrooms, floors and surfaces where spotless. I would highly recommend Pamella.

"I was really impressed by the quality"

I was really impressed by the quality of the job delivered. I call the service for a one-off as i needed to give back my old flat as clean as possible. My cleaner Patrick Adeyemi did an excellent job - he was punctual, he managed to clean the whole flat with a lot of professionalism and efficiency, and he was also a really nice person to interact with. i was really pleased with the experience and would recommend Patrick with no hesitation!

"Terrible terrible level of"

Terrible terrible level of cleaners...My 1st cleaner was good (a long long time ago) but since then I have had about 8 cleaners who have been dreadful. Most dont show up, cancel last minute, sit around on there phones on the couch while supposed to be cleaning. Cleaners are not vetted & they could not care about the job.

"Very Poor Service"

Hi, I chose a cleaner from the Helpling website, choosing one at the upper end of the pricing scale with 500+ cleans. I received an email then confirming a cleaner called Fiona with only 2 cleans. I called to complain but nobody could give me a logical explanation as to why. I decided to go with the cleaner for 9am the following am. When I txt Fiona to introduce myself she txt me back asking me to change the time to 10am as she had a school run. I agreed. The next morning at 9am I had a txt from Fiona telling me she could not make it, suggesting another day. I was furious as had a child's Confirmation party the next day in the house. When I phoned Helpling to complain they tried to book me with the original cleaner I had selected! Suffice to say I will not ever use this website again.
